In 2011 graduated in Horbachevskyi Ternopil State Medical University, Faculty of Medicine

Research activities:

30.04.18 he defended his PhD thesis: Prognostication and prevention of anastomotic leak of colorectal anastomoses in patients with acute obstructive ileus, 14.01.03 – surgery.

Scientific interests:

  • Prevention and prediction of colorectal anastomotic leak in acute ileus;

  • Simultaneous surgical procedure for stage III and IV of colorectal cancer;

  • Investigation of the principle of "no-touch" and ERAS in patients with complicated locally advanced colorectal cancer;

  • Minimally invasive technologies in coloproctology and general surgery.

Scientific publications:

Author and co-author of 22 scientific papers (1 of them is in the editions indexed in Scopus) and 1 patent.
